  • 1. Afhýðið kartöflurnar og skerið þær í franskar kartöflur.

  • 2. Skolið og þerrið kartöflurnar vel. Hitið jurtaolíuna og steikið kartöflurnar þar til þær eru gullnar og stökkar. Látið renna af þeim og kryddið létt með salti.

  • 3. Saxið laukinn fínt og blandið honum saman við nautakjötið, brauðraspið, eggið, saltið og svarta piparinn.

  • 4. Mótið blönduna í litlar kjötbollur.

  • 5. Eldið kjötbollurnar á pönnu þar til þær eru brúnaðar og fulleldaðar.

  • 6. Saxið tómatinn og hitið hann stuttlega með ketchupinu til að búa til einfalda sósu.

  • 7. Berið kjötbollurnar fram með frönsku kartöflunum og setjið tómata-ketchupsósuna yfir eða til hliðar.
