Bragðmikill réttur steiktur á pönnu úr kartöflumús blandaðri með nautakjöti, lauk og brauðraspi, mótaður í buff og eldaður þar til hann er gullinbrúnn. Hann er borinn fram á einfaldan hátt með tómatsósu og kirsuberjatómötum.

Ingredients
  • Kartöflur 180 g

  • Nautakjöt 120 g

  • Laukur 40 g

  • Brauðrasp 25 g

  • Egg 25 g

  • Jurtaolía 20 g

  • Tómatsósa 15 g

  • Kirsuberjatómatar 20 g

  • Salt 3 g

  • Svartur pipar 2 g


  • Samtals: 430 g

    Instructions
  • 1. Sjóðið kartöflurnar þar til þær eru meyrar, hellið síðan vatninu af og stappið þær.

  • 2. Saxið laukinn smátt og blandið honum saman við nautakjötið, eggið, brauðraspið, saltið og svarta piparinn.

  • 3. Blandið kjötblöndunni saman við kartöflumúsina og mótið í buff.

  • 4. Hitið jurtaolíuna á pönnu við meðalhita og steikið buffin þar til þau eru brúnuð og fullelduð.

  • 5. Berið fram með tómatsósu og kirsuberjatómötum til hliðar.
