  • 1 roti brioche bijan, dibelah dua

  • 180 g patty daging lembu

  • 20 g keju cheddar

  • 30 g bacon

  • 40 g bawang karamel

  • 10 g bawang merah, dihiris nipis

  • 25 g tomato, dihiris

  • 15 g daun salad

  • 15 g mayonis


  • Kentang goreng keju penuh topping


  • 180 g kentang goreng Perancis

  • 40 g sos keju cheddar

  • 20 g bacon

  • 10 g daun bawang, dihiris halus


  • Kaedah


  • 1. Panaskan ketuhar hingga 220°C. Ratakan kentang goreng Perancis di atas dulang ketuhar dalam satu lapisan dan masak selama 18 hingga 22 minit, balikkan sekali di pertengahan masa, sehingga keemasan pekat, rangup di bahagian tepi, dan lembut di dalam.

  • 2. Sementara kentang goreng dimasak, letakkan bacon dalam kuali sejuk dan panaskan di atas api sederhana. Masak selama 6 hingga 8 minit, balikkan mengikut keperluan, sehingga lemaknya keluar dan bacon menjadi rangup. Toskan sebentar, kemudian potong atau ramas mengikut keperluan.

  • 3. Tingkatkan api di bawah kuali atau gunakan griddle. Masak patty daging lembu selama 3 hingga 4 minit pada bahagian pertama, kemudian balikkan dan masak lagi 2 hingga 3 minit untuk tahap masak sederhana, atau sedikit lebih lama jika mahukan hasil yang lebih pejal. Pada minit terakhir, letakkan keju cheddar di atas patty dan biarkan ia cair menjadi lapisan berkilat.

  • 4. Belah roti brioche bijan dan bakar bahagian potong dalam kuali sehingga sedikit keemasan dan hangat, kira-kira 1 minit. Bahagian dalam roti sepatutnya lembut, bukan kering.

  • 5. Panaskan bawang karamel perlahan-lahan selama 1 hingga 2 minit, hanya sehingga berkilat dan sedikit longgar. Kekalkan teksturnya lembut dan rasanya mendalam.

  • 6. Pasang burger: sapukan mayonis pada bahagian bawah roti, tambah daun salad, kemudian tomato dan bawang merah. Letakkan patty bersalut keju di atasnya, diikuti bacon dan bawang karamel. Tutup dengan bahagian atas roti.

  • 7. Selesaikan kentang goreng dengan memanaskan sos keju cheddar hingga licin dan mudah dituang. Sudukan di atas kentang goreng panas, kemudian taburkan bacon dan daun bawang di atasnya. Hidangkan segera sementara kentang goreng masih rangup di bahagian tepi dan sos keju masih cair panas.
