  • Bawang putih 3 g

  • Lada hitam 1 g

  • Garam 1 g

  • Minyak masak 5 ml


  • Jumlah berat: 430 g

    Instructions
  • 1. Perasakan steak daging lembu dengan garam dan lada hitam.

  • 2. Panaskan minyak masak dalam kuali di atas api sederhana tinggi dan panggang steak sehingga perang dan masak mengikut tahap kematangan pilihan anda. Rehatkan seketika.

  • 3. Dalam kuali yang sama, masukkan bawang putih, kemudian nyahglas dengan wain merah dan stok daging lembu. Kacau masuk sos kuali perang dan reneh sehingga sedikit berkurang.

  • 4. Panaskan kentang putar bersama mentega dan krim putar pekat sehingga licin dan berkrim.

  • 5. Susunkan kentang putar di atas pinggan, hiris atau letakkan steak di atas atau di sebelahnya, dan sudukan sos ke atas steak.
