Garnalensalade

Een lichte garnalensalade met knapperige komkommer, rode ui, verse kruiden en een dressing van citroen en mayonaise. Het is het lekkerst om gekoeld te serveren op een bedje van gemengde bladsla.

Ingrediënten


  • Garnalen, gekookt en gepeld: 120 g

  • Gemengde bladsla: 40 g

  • Komkommer, in blokjes: 25 g

  • Rode ui, dun gesneden: 10 g

  • Dille, fijngehakt: 3 g

  • Peterselie, fijngehakt: 3 g

  • Citroensap: 10 g

  • Olijfolie: 10 g

  • Mayonaise: 8 g

  • Zout: 1 g

  • Zwarte peper: 0.5 g


  • Totaal: 230.5 g

    Instructies


  • 1. Klop in een kom het citroensap, de olijfolie, mayonaise, het zout en de zwarte peper door elkaar.

  • 2. Voeg de garnalen, komkommer, rode ui, dille en peterselie toe. Schep voorzichtig om zodat alles bedekt is.

  • 3. Verdeel de gemengde bladsla over een bord of in een kom.

  • 4. Schep het garnalenmengsel over de sla en serveer gekoeld.
