  • Nötbiff 180 g

  • Potatismos 120 g

  • Brun steksås 45 g

  • Örtig chimichurri 25 g

  • Smör 20 g

  • Grädde 15 g

  • Köttbuljong 10 g

  • Rödvin 5 g

  • Olivolja 4 g

  • Persilja 2 g

  • Vitlök 1 g

  • Gräslök 1 g

  • Chiliflakes 1 g

  • Svartpeppar 0,5 g

    Instruktioner
  • 1. Krydda biffen med salt och svartpeppar.

  • 2. Stek biffen i olivolja på hög värme tills den fått fin färg och är tillagad till önskad stekgrad. Låt vila före skivning.

  • 3. Värm potatismoset med smör och grädde tills det är slätt och krämigt.

  • 4. Deglacera pannan med rödvin och köttbuljong, och reducera sedan till en brun steksås.
