  • Hazırlanışı


  • 1. Patatesleri küçük küpler halinde doğrayın. Bitkisel yağ, tuzun yarısı, paprika, kekik, sarımsak tozu ve karabiberle harmanlayın.

  • 2. Patatesleri orta ateşte bir tavada, kızarıp yumuşayana kadar yaklaşık 12 ila 15 dakika pişirin.

  • 3. Tavuk göğsünü kalan tuz, paprika, kekik, sarımsak tozu ve karabiberle çeşnilendirin.

  • 4. Tavuğu zeytinyağında orta ateşte, tamamen pişip hafifçe kızarana kadar, kalınlığına bağlı olarak her bir tarafını yaklaşık 5 ila 7 dakika pişirin.

  • 5. Pita ekmeğini tavada veya fırında kısa süre ısıtın.
