Amanida energètica de pollastre i moniato

Una amanida composta alta en proteïnes de pit de pollastre amanit, moniato rostit, formatge cottage, cogombre i fulles verdes. S'assembla a un bol simplificat d'amanida de pollastre i moniato amb un amaniment lleuger d'oli d'oliva i herbes.

Ingredients


Rendiment total: 500 g

  • 160 g de pit de pollastre

  • 120 g de moniato

  • 80 g de formatge cottage

  • 60 g de cogombre

  • 50 g de fulles verdes

  • 15 g d'oli d'oliva

  • 5 g de sal

  • 5 g de pebre negre

  • 5 g d'herbes seques


  • Instruccions pas a pas


  • 1. Preescalfeu el forn a 200 °C.

  • 2. Peleu i talleu el moniato a daus de mida d'un mos. Barregeu-lo amb la meitat de l'oli d'oliva, una mica de sal, pebre negre i algunes herbes seques.

  • 3. Rostiu el moniato durant 20–25 minuts fins que estigui tendre i lleugerament daurat.

  • 4. Amaniu el pit de pollastre amb sal, pebre negre i herbes seques.

  • 5. Escalfeu una paella a foc mitjà amb l'oli d'oliva restant i cuineu el pollastre durant 5–6 minuts per cada costat, o fins que estigui completament cuit. Deixeu-lo reposar 5 minuts i després talleu-lo a làmines.

  • 6. Talleu el cogombre i prepareu les fulles verdes.

  • 7. Munteu el bol amb les fulles verdes, el moniato rostit, el cogombre, el pollastre tallat i el formatge cottage.

  • 8. Acabeu amb qualsevol amaniment restant al gust i serviu-ho tebi o fred.
