Una torrada clàssica amb alvocat coberta amb ruca picant, tomàquets cherry i llavors de carbassa. Senzilla, fresca i equilibrada sobre pa blanc cruixent.

  • Ruca 15 g

  • Tomàquets cherry 20 g

  • Llavors de carbassa 10 g

  • Oli d'oliva 7 g

  • Pebre negre 2 g

  • Sal marina 1 g

    Instructions


  • 1. Torra el pa blanc fins que sigui daurat i cruixent.

  • 2. Aixafa o talla l'alvocat a làmines i reparteix-lo uniformement sobre la torrada.

  • 3. Cobreix-ho amb la ruca i els tomàquets cherry tallats per la meitat.

  • 4. Empolvora-ho amb les llavors de carbassa, la sal marina i el pebre negre.

  • 5. Amaneix-ho amb un raig d'oli d'oliva i serveix-ho immediatament.
