Ensalada de camarones

Una ensalada ligera de camarones con pepino crujiente, cebolla roja, hierbas frescas y un aderezo de limón y mayonesa. Se sirve mejor fría sobre una mezcla de hojas verdes.

  • Camarones, cocidos y pelados: 120 g

  • Mezcla de hojas verdes: 40 g

  • Pepino, en cubos: 25 g

  • Cebolla roja, en rodajas finas: 10 g

  • Eneldo, picado: 3 g

  • Perejil, picado: 3 g

  • Jugo de limón: 10 g

  • Aceite de oliva: 10 g

  • Mayonesa: 8 g

  • Sal: 1 g

  • Pimienta negra: 0.5 g


  • Total: 230.5 g

  • 1. En un bol, bate el jugo de limón, el aceite de oliva, la mayonesa, la sal y la pimienta negra.

  • 2. Añade los camarones, el pepino, la cebolla roja, el eneldo y el perejil. Mezcla suavemente para cubrir bien.

  • 3. Coloca la mezcla de hojas verdes en un plato o en un bol.

  • 4. Reparte la mezcla de camarones sobre las hojas verdes y sirve fría.
