Sopa de fideos vermicelli con verduras al curry

Una sopa ligera y reconfortante hecha con patata, zanahoria, cebolla y fideos vermicelli en un caldo sencillo sazonado con curry. Es similar a una sopa de verduras con fideos y condimento de curry.

Ingredients
  • Patata, 200 g

  • Zanahoria, 120 g

  • Cebolla, 100 g

  • Fideos vermicelli, 60 g

  • Caldo de verduras, 250 ml

  • Aceite vegetal, 20 ml

  • Ajo, 10 g

  • Jengibre, 10 g

  • Curry en polvo, 10 g

  • Sal, 5 g

  • Pimienta negra, 2 g


  • Peso total: 780 g

    Instructions
  • 1. Calienta el aceite vegetal en una olla a fuego medio.

  • 2. Añade la cebolla, el ajo y el jengibre. Cocina de 2 a 3 minutos hasta que desprendan aroma.

  • 3. Incorpora el curry en polvo y cocina durante 30 segundos.

  • 4. Añade la patata y la zanahoria, luego vierte el caldo de verduras.

  • 5. Lleva a ebullición, luego baja el fuego y cocina a fuego lento de 12 a 15 minutos hasta que las verduras estén tiernas.

  • 6. Añade los fideos vermicelli y cocina de 2 a 4 minutos hasta que estén apenas tiernos.

  • 7. Sazona con sal y pimienta negra. Sirve caliente.
