  • Proteine del latte, 12 g

  • Collagene idrolizzato, 6 g

  • Proteine di soia, 5 g

  • Latte intero in polvere, 4 g

  • Polidestrosio, 7 g

  • Dolcificanti, 4 g

  • Glicerolo, 3 g

  • Massa di cacao, 4 g

  • Burro di cacao, 3 g

  • Olio di girasole, 2 g

  • Olio di palmisto, 1.5 g

  • Pezzi di soia croccanti, 2 g

  • Aromi naturali, 0.8 g

  • Sale, 0.2 g

  • Emulsionante, 0.5 g


  • Istruzioni


  • 1. Mescola le proteine del latte, il collagene idrolizzato, le proteine di soia, il latte intero in polvere, il polidestrosio, i dolcificanti, il glicerolo, gli aromi naturali, il sale e l'emulsionante fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

  • 2. Incorpora i pezzi di soia croccanti.

  • 3. Sciogli insieme la massa di cacao, il burro di cacao, l'olio di girasole e l'olio di palmisto fino a ottenere un composto liscio.

  • 4. Modella il composto proteico in una barretta compatta.

  • 5. Ricopri o glassa la barretta con il composto di cioccolato fuso.
