  • Zucchini 50 g

  • Minyak zaitun 10 g

  • Bawang putih 5 g

  • Garam 3 g

  • Lada hitam 2 g


  • Jumlah berat: 360 g

    Arahan


  • 1. Potong dadu kentang, lobak merah, zucchini, bawang, dan bawang putih.

  • 2. Panaskan minyak zaitun dalam periuk di atas api sederhana.

  • 3. Masukkan bawang dan bawang putih lalu masak selama 1 hingga 2 minit sehingga naik bau.

  • 4. Masukkan isi ayam tenderloin dan masak sehingga bahagian luarnya sedikit tertutup.

  • 5. Masukkan kentang, lobak merah, zucchini, garam, dan lada hitam.

  • 6. Tuangkan stok sayur dan biarkan mendidih perlahan.
