  • Mi bihun, 60 g

  • Stok sayur, 250 ml

  • Serbuk kari, 10 g

  • Garam, 5 g

  • Lada hitam, 2 g

    Arahan
  • 1. Panaskan minyak sayuran dalam periuk di atas api sederhana.

  • 2. Masukkan bawang, bawang putih, dan halia. Masak selama 2 hingga 3 minit sehingga naik bau.

  • 3. Masukkan serbuk kari dan kacau, kemudian masak selama 30 saat.

  • 4. Masukkan kentang dan lobak merah, kemudian tuangkan stok sayur.

  • 5. Didihkan, kemudian kecilkan api dan reneh selama 12 hingga 15 minit sehingga sayur-sayuran lembut.
