Chicken gyro pita met friet

Een klassieke Grieks geïnspireerde chicken gyro, geserveerd in pita met tzatziki, rode ui en friet. Dit is een stevige handheld maaltijd met gekruide kip en een romige komkommer-yoghurtsaus.

Ingrediënten


Totaalgewicht: 520 g

  • Pitabrood 90 g

  • Kip 180 g

  • Friet 120 g

  • Tzatziki 70 g

  • Rode ui 20 g

  • Olijfolie 10 g

  • Komkommer 15 g

  • Yoghurt 5 g

  • Knoflook 3 g

  • Oregano 2 g

  • Zwarte peper 3 g

  • Zout 2 g


  • Instructies


  • 1. Kruid de kip met zout, zwarte peper, oregano, knoflook en olijfolie.

  • 2. Bak de kip in een hete pan tot deze bruin en volledig gaar is, en snijd daarna in plakjes.

  • 3. Verwarm het pitabrood.

  • 4. Maak de tzatziki door yoghurt, geraspte komkommer, knoflook, zout en eventueel een beetje olijfolie te mengen.

  • 5. Bak de friet tot die krokant en heet is.

  • 6. Vul de pita met kip, rode ui, tzatziki en friet.

  • 7. Serveer direct.
