    Instruções
  • 1. Tempere o bife com sal e pimenta-preta.

  • 2. Sele o bife em azeite em lume alto até ficar dourado e cozinhado ao ponto da sua preferência. Deixe repousar antes de fatiar.

  • 3. Aqueça o puré de batata com manteiga e natas até ficar liso e cremoso.

  • 4. Deglaceie a frigideira com vinho tinto e caldo de carne, depois deixe reduzir para formar um molho castanho de frigideira.
