Kızartılarak mühürlenmiş dana bifteğin kremamsı patates püresiyle servis edildiği, kırmızı şarap ve sarımsakla tamamlanan zengin kahverengi tava soslu klasik bir tabak yemeği. Frenk soğanı taze bir dokunuş katar.

  • Dana biftek 180 g

  • Patates püresi 160 g

  • Tereyağı 15 g

  • Krema 20 g

  • Frenk soğanı 5 g

  • Kahverengi tava sosu 25 g

  • Et suyu 10 ml

  • Kırmızı şarap 5 ml

  • Sarımsak 3 g

  • Karabiber 1 g

  • Tuz 1 g

  • Pişirme yağı 5 ml

    Instructions
  • 1. Dana bifteği tuz ve karabiberle çeşnilendirin.

  • 2. Bir tavada pişirme yağını orta-yüksek ateşte ısıtın ve bifteği dışı kızarana ve tercih ettiğiniz pişme derecesine ulaşana kadar mühürleyin. Kısa süre dinlendirin.

  • 3. Aynı tavaya sarımsağı ekleyin, ardından kırmızı şarap ve et suyuyla tavanın dibini çözdürün. Kahverengi tava sosunu karıştırın ve hafifçe koyulaşana kadar kaynatın.

  • 4. Patates püresini tereyağı ve kremayla pürüzsüz ve kremamsı olana kadar ısıtın.

  • 5. Patates püresini tabağa alın, bifteği dilimleyin veya üzerine ya da yanına yerleştirin ve sosu bifteğin üzerine kaşıkla gezdirin.
