Tavuklu Sebze Güveci

Tavuk bonfileleri, patates, havuç, kabak ve soğanın sebze suyunda pişirildiği basit bir tavuklu sebze güveci. Hafif ama doyurucu, tek tencerede hazırlanan bir yemektir.

  • Tavuk bonfile 120 g

  • Patates 80 g

  • Kabak 50 g

  • Havuç 35 g

  • Soğan 30 g

  • Sebze suyu 25 ml

  • Zeytinyağı 10 g

  • Sarımsak 5 g

  • Tuz 3 g

  • Karabiber 2 g

    Hazırlanışı


  • 1. Patatesi, havucu, kabağı, soğanı ve sarımsağı küp küp doğrayın.

  • 2. Zeytinyağını bir tencerede orta ateşte ısıtın.

  • 3. Soğanı ve sarımsağı ekleyip kokusu çıkana kadar 1 ila 2 dakika pişirin.

  • 4. Tavuk bonfileleri ekleyin ve dışı hafifçe mühürlenene kadar pişirin.

  • 5. Patatesi, havucu, kabağı, tuzu ve karabiberi ekleyin.

  • 6. Sebze suyunu dökün ve hafifçe kaynamaya bırakın.

  • 7. Kapağını kapatıp ara sıra karıştırarak 12 ila 15 dakika, tavuk tamamen pişene ve sebzeler yumuşayana kadar pişirin.
