Amanida antipasto italiana

  • Salami 50 g

  • Prosciutto 40 g

  • Formatge semidur 45 g

  • Cors de carxofa 50 g

  • Mongetes tendres 30 g

  • Oli d'oliva 15 g

  • Sal 2 g

  • Pebre negre 3 g


  • Pes total: 235 g

    Instructions


  • 1. Retalla i escalda les mongetes tendres fins que siguin tendres però encara fermes, i després deixa-les refredar completament.

  • 2. Talla el salami i el prosciutto si cal, i talla el formatge semidur a trossos d'una mossegada.

  • 3. Escorre els cors de carxofa i talla'ls per la meitat o en quarts.

  • 4. Barreja les mongetes tendres, els cors de carxofa, els embotits curats i el formatge en un bol o disposa'ls en un plat.

  • 5. Amaneix amb un raig d'oli d'oliva i després salpebra amb sal i pebre negre.

  • 6. Barreja-ho suaument o col·loca-ho amb cura i serveix-ho fred o a temperatura ambient.
