Hamburgueses de vedella i patata

    Instructions
  • 1. Bull les patates fins que siguin tendres, després escorre-les i aixafa-les.

  • 2. Pica finament la ceba i barreja-la amb la vedella, l'ou, el pa ratllat, la sal i el pebre negre.

  • 3. Combina la barreja de vedella amb les patates aixafades i dona-li forma d'hamburgueses.

  • 4. Escalfa l'oli vegetal en una paella a foc mitjà i fregeix les hamburgueses fins que estiguin daurades i ben cuites.

  • 5. Serveix amb quètxup i tomàquet cherry al costat.
