Bistec con puré de patatas y salsa de vino tinto

Un clásico plato de bistec servido con un cremoso puré de patatas y una sencilla salsa de vino tinto hecha en la sartén. Es intenso, sabroso y se termina con hierbas para aportar frescura.

Ingredientes


  • Bistec de ternera, 180 g

  • Puré de patatas, 140 g

  • Salsa de vino tinto, 35 g

  • Mantequilla, 12 g

  • Nata para montar, 8 g

  • Leche, 5 ml

  • Caldo de ternera, 5 ml

  • Aceite de oliva, 3 g

  • Ajo, 1 g

  • Cebollino, 1 g

  • Perejil, 1 g

  • Copos de chile rojo, 0.5 g

  • Pimienta negra, 0.5 g

  • Sal, 0.5 g

    Instrucciones


  • 1. Sazona el bistec con sal y pimienta negra.

  • 2. Calienta el aceite de oliva en una sartén y sella el bistec hasta el punto de cocción que prefieras. Déjalo reposar brevemente y luego córtalo en lonchas.

  • 3. Calienta el puré de patatas con la mantequilla, la nata para montar y la leche hasta que quede suave y cremoso.

  • 4. En la misma sartén, añade el ajo, el caldo de ternera y la salsa de vino tinto. Cocina a fuego lento brevemente para integrar los sabores.

  • 5. Sirve el puré de patatas en el plato, coloca encima o al lado el bistec en lonchas y vierte la salsa sobre la carne.

  • 6. Termina con cebollino, perejil y una pizca de copos de chile rojo.
