  • 1. Peleu i talleu les patates en forma de patates fregides. Esbandiu-les i eixugueu-les bé.

  • 2. Barregeu la vedella, el porc, la ceba, el pa ratllat, l'ou, la sal i el pebre negre fins que quedi tot ben integrat. Doneu forma de mandonguilles petites.

  • 3. Escalfeu l'oli vegetal en una paella. Fregiu les mandonguilles fins que estiguin daurades i ben cuites per dins.

  • 4. Fregiu les patates a la mateixa paella o en una altra fins que estiguin daurades i cruixents.

  • 5. Emplateu les patates fregides i les mandonguilles juntes, i serviu-les amb quètxup.
