  • Pit de pollastre 180 g

  • Patates 180 g

  • Pa de pita 100 g

  • Oli vegetal 20 g

  • Oli d'oliva 10 g

  • Sal 4 g

  • Pebre negre 2 g

  • Pebre vermell 8 g

  • Orenga seca 4 g

  • All en pols 12 g


  • Instruccions


  • 1. Talla les patates a daus petits. Barreja-les amb l'oli vegetal, la meitat de la sal, el pebre vermell, l'orenga, l'all en pols i el pebre negre.

  • 2. Cou les patates en una paella a foc mitjà fins que estiguin daurades i tendres, uns 12 a 15 minuts.

  • 3. Amaneix el pit de pollastre amb la sal restant, el pebre vermell, l'orenga, l'all en pols i el pebre negre.

  • 4. Cou el pollastre amb oli d'oliva a foc mitjà fins que estigui ben cuit i lleugerament daurat, uns 5 a 7 minuts per costat segons el gruix.

  • 5. Escalfa breument el pa de pita en una paella o al forn.

  • 6. Talla el pollastre a làmines i omple la pita amb el pollastre i les patates. Serveix-ho calent.
