Una barreta alta en proteïnes recoberta de xocolata, amb trossets cruixents de soja i un interior dolç i mastegable. S'assembla més a una barreta comercial de proteïnes per picar que no pas a un plat casolà tradicional.

  • Proteïna de llet, 12 g

  • Hidrolitzat de col·lagen, 6 g

  • Proteïna de soja, 5 g

  • Llet sencera en pols, 4 g

  • Polidextrosa, 7 g

  • Edulcorants, 4 g

  • Glicerol, 3 g

  • Pasta de cacau, 4 g

  • Mantega de cacau, 3 g

  • Oli de gira-sol, 2 g

  • Oli de pinyol de palma, 1.5 g

  • Trossets cruixents de soja, 2 g

  • Aromes naturals, 0.8 g

  • Sal, 0.2 g

  • Emulgent, 0.5 g


  • Instruccions


  • 1. Barreja la proteïna de llet, l'hidrolitzat de col·lagen, la proteïna de soja, la llet sencera en pols, la polidextrosa, els edulcorants, el glicerol, les aromes naturals, la sal i l'emulgent fins que quedi tot ben integrat.

  • 2. Incorpora-hi els trossets cruixents de soja amb moviments suaus.

  • 3. Fon la pasta de cacau, la mantega de cacau, l'oli de gira-sol i l'oli de pinyol de palma junts fins que la barreja sigui homogènia.

  • 4. Dona forma a la barreja de proteïnes fins a obtenir una barreta compacta.

  • 5. Recobreix o banya la barreta amb la barreja de xocolata fosa.

  • 6. Refreda-la fins que qualli i després serveix-la.
