  • 1. Coeu la pasta en aigua salada fins que quedi al dente i, després, escorreu-la.

  • 2. Escalfeu l'oli d'oliva en una paella a foc mitjà.

  • 3. Afegiu-hi la ceba i l'all, i coeu-los fins que s'estovin.

  • 4. Afegiu-hi la carn picada de vedella i coeu-la fins que es dauri.

  • 5. Incorporeu-hi la salsa de tomàquet, les mongetes verdes, les olives negres, les herbes, la sal i el pebre negre.

  • 6. Deixeu-ho coure a foc lent fins que les verdures siguin tendres i la salsa quedi ben integrada.

  • 7. Barregeu la pasta cuita amb la salsa i la barreja de vedella.
