    Instruccions
  • 1. Amaniu el bistec amb sal i pebre negre.

  • 2. Marqueu el bistec en oli d'oliva a foc alt fins que estigui ben daurat i al punt de cocció que preferiu. Deixeu-lo reposar abans de tallar-lo.

  • 3. Escalfeu el puré de patates amb la mantega i la nata fins que quedi suau i cremós.

  • 4. Desglaceu la paella amb el vi negre i el brou de vedella, i després reduïu-ho fins a obtenir una salsa fosca de paella.

  • 5. Incorporeu all, julivert, cibulet i flocs de pebrot vermell al chimichurri si cal per aportar frescor i un toc picant.

  • 6. Emplateu el puré de patates, poseu-hi el bistec a sobre o al costat, aboqueu-hi la salsa fosca de paella per damunt i acabeu amb el chimichurri.
