Crystal Spark Zero-Sugar Energy Elixir
A sharply defined, effervescent energy drink with a clean citrus edge and a disciplined, dry finish. Its structure is built on brightness and lift rather than sweetness, with a precise balance of acidity, aroma, and functional bitterness. Served very cold, it is brisk, modern, and exacting.

Ingredients
Base
Carbonated water, 442 g
Citric acid, 3 g
Taurine, 2 g
Natural flavors, 5 g
Caffeine, 0.16 g
Sucralose, 0.02 g
Acesulfame potassium, 0.04 g
Niacinamide, 0.02 g
Vitamin B6, 0.002 g
Vitamin B12, 0.00001 g
Pantothenic acid, 0.01 g
Sodium citrate, 0.5 g
Preservatives, 0.24 g
Method
1. Chill the carbonated water until it is thoroughly cold, ideally between 2°C and 4°C. Cold liquid preserves structure and limits foaming during mixing.
2. In a mixing vessel, combine the citric acid, taurine, caffeine, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, niacinamide, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, sodium citrate, and preservatives. Whisk until the dry components are fully dispersed and no visible clumps remain.
3. Add the natural flavors and mix briefly until the aroma is evenly distributed through the dry blend. The mixture should remain fine and uniform.
4. Add a small portion of the carbonated water and stir gently until the solids are dissolved. Keep the motion controlled to avoid excessive loss of carbonation.
5. Add the remaining carbonated water in a steady stream, stirring only enough to integrate the liquid. The drink should remain bright, highly effervescent, and clear in character.
6. Transfer immediately into the can or bottle, leaving minimal headspace. Seal at once to preserve pressure and a crisp bead of carbonation.
Plating and serving
Serve well chilled in a slender glass or directly from the can. The drink should present as pale, sparkling, and clean, with a sharp aromatic lift and a dry, brisk finish.
Professional notes
Carbonation must be protected at every stage; excessive agitation will flatten the drink and dull its finish.
Acidity should read as precise rather than harsh, with sodium citrate softening the edge enough to keep the profile clean.
The final impression should be crisp, lightly bitter, and restrained, never syrupy or heavy.
