  • 1. Taeniam pectoris pullī siccam leniter exterge. In lanci rasā farīnam trīticeam et amylum maīdis commisce. Pullum aequāliter mixtūrā obvolve, leviter premēns ut tēgmen in tenui aequālīque strātō adhaereat.


  • 2. Pullum tēctum sēpōne per 3 minūta. Superficiēs sīcca et paululum pastōsa potius quam pulverulenta vidērī dēbet; hoc adiuvat ut crusta in oleō nitidē cōnstituātur.
