About
A 16 fl oz zero-sugar peach-flavored energy drink with very low calories, no fat or protein, and a small amount of carbohydrate from sweeteners and flavoring.
Ultra Peachy Keen Energy Fizz
Headnote
This is a bright, sharply chilled sparkling energy drink with a clean peach impression and a dry, precise finish. Its structure depends on restraint: acidity for lift, sweetness for shape, and carbonation preserved to the last pour. Serve it ice-cold, and it will read as brisk, modern, and exact.

Pyridoxine hydrochloride: 0.002 g
Cyanocobalamin: 0.000005 g
Method
1. Chill the carbonated water thoroughly before beginning; it must be very cold to preserve its lift.
2. In the mixing vessel, combine the citric acid, erythritol, taurine, natural flavor, potassium citrate, panax ginseng extract, L-carnitine L-tartrate, caffeine, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, sodium benzoate, sorbic acid, niacinamide, salt, D-glucuronolactone, guarana extract, inositol, pyridoxine hydrochloride, and cyanocobalamin. Whisk just until fully dispersed and the mixture appears uniform, 1 to 2 minutes.
3. Add the chilled carbonated water in a slow, controlled stream while stirring gently to limit foam. Continue only until the drink is evenly blended and clear of visible undissolved particles, about 30 seconds.
4. Immediately funnel the drink into the service bottle or pour directly into the chilled serving glass. The surface should hold a fine, active bead of carbonation and the aroma should be clean, bright, and lightly peach-like.
Plating and serving
Serve in a chilled clear glass to show the sparkle. The drink should pour with a pale, luminous appearance and finish with a crisp, dry edge rather than a heavy sweetness. Present immediately, while the carbonation is lively and the temperature remains sharply cold.
Professional notes
The carbonated water must be the last major ingredient added and handled gently; agitation destroys the texture.
The balance depends on exact weighing, especially the high-intensity sweeteners and vitamins, which must remain imperceptible in texture.
If the drink is not served cold, the flavor will flatten and the finish will read blunt rather than precise.
