  • Pork shoulder or belly: 170 g

  • Korean BBQ marinade: 40 g

  • Sesame oil: 5 g

  • Sesame seeds: 2 g

  • Green onion: 3 g

    Instructions


  • 1. Marinate the pork with the Korean BBQ marinade for at least 15 minutes, or longer for deeper flavor.

  • 2. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.

  • 3. Cook the pork until browned and cooked through, stirring or turning as needed.

  • 4. Add the sesame oil at the end and toss to coat.

  • 5. Finish with sesame seeds and sliced green onion before serving.
