Fresh Fruit Salad

A simple mixed fruit salad made with orange, kiwifruit, and apple. It is best served chilled and eaten fresh.

Ingredients


  • Orange, peeled and segmented: 360 g

  • Kiwifruit, peeled and sliced: 320 g

  • Apple, cored and diced: 330 g


  • Total weight: 1010 g

    Instructions


  • 1. Wash all fruit thoroughly.

  • 2. Peel the orange and separate into segments.

  • 3. Peel the kiwifruit and slice it.

  • 4. Core the apple and dice it into bite-sized pieces.

  • 5. Combine all fruit in a bowl and gently toss.

  • 6. Serve immediately, or chill briefly before serving.
