Cocoa 18 g
Stabilizer 2 g
Flavoring 1 g
Sweetener 3 g

Lactase enzyme 0.4 g

METHOD
  • 1. Combine the milk, milk protein, cocoa, stabilizer, flavoring, sweetener, salt, vitamin D, and lactase enzyme in the blender jar.

  • 2. Blend on high speed for 30 to 45 seconds, until the mixture is fully dissolved, uniformly brown, and lightly foamed at the surface.

  • 3. Pass the drink through a fine sieve into a chilled serving glass to remove any undissolved particles and ensure a polished texture.

  • 4. Rest the drink for 1 minute, then serve immediately while cold and smooth.


  • PLATING AND SERVING
