A simple fresh fruit salad made with orange, apple, and kiwi. It is best served chilled as a light snack, breakfast, or dessert.

Ingredients


  • Orange, peeled and segmented: 300 g

  • Apple, cored and diced: 300 g

  • Kiwi, peeled and sliced: 300 g


  • Total weight: 900 g

    Instructions


  • 1. Prepare the orange by peeling and separating into segments.

  • 2. Core the apple and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

  • 3. Peel the kiwi and slice or dice it.

  • 4. Combine all fruit in a bowl and gently toss.

  • 5. Serve immediately, or chill briefly before serving.
