Method
  • 1. Combine the milk protein concentrate, skim milk, cocoa powder, sugar, stabilizer, salt, vitamin D, and calcium in a small mixing jug. Whisk for 30 seconds until the dry ingredients are fully dispersed and no visible clumps remain.

  • 2. Add the sunflower oil and natural flavor. Blend for 45 to 60 seconds until the drink is completely smooth, lightly aerated, and uniform in color.

  • 3. Transfer the drink to a chilled glass. Rest for 1 minute so the foam settles slightly and the texture becomes dense and even. The finished drink should pour fluidly, with a glossy chocolate color and no graininess.
