Mango Avocado Tuna Salad with Garlic Greek Yogurt

Ingredients


  • Fresh tuna fillet 140 g

  • Mango 90 g

  • Avocado 80 g

  • Cucumber 70 g

  • Mint 5 g

  • Lemon juice 15 g

  • Chili 3 g

  • Greek yogurt 60 g

  • Garlic 7 g


  • Method


  • 1. Finely chop the mango, avocado, and cucumber.

  • 2. Chop the mint and chili very finely.

  • 3. Mix the Greek yogurt with the garlic and lemon juice to make the dressing.

  • 4. Cut the tuna fillet into bite-sized pieces.

  • 5. Combine the tuna, mango, avocado, cucumber, mint, and chili in a bowl.

  • 6. Add the garlic Greek yogurt dressing and gently toss to coat.

  • 7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
