Beef and Potato Stew

  • Beef, 150 g

  • Potatoes, 120 g

  • Carrots, 60 g

  • Onions, 40 g

  • Brown gravy, 40 g

  • Vegetable oil, 8 g

  • Salt, 1 g

  • Black pepper, 1 g

    Instructions


  • 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat.

  • 2. Add the onions and cook until softened.

  • 3. Add the beef and brown it lightly on all sides.

  • 4. Stir in the potatoes and carrots.

  • 5. Pour in the brown gravy, then season with salt and black pepper.

  • 6. Cover and simmer gently until the beef is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.
