  • Raw fish: 45 g

  • Nori: 3 g

  • Vinegar seasoning: 5 g

  • Wasabi: 2 g

  • Soy sauce: 5 g

    Instructions


  • 1. Cook the sushi rice, then mix it with the vinegar seasoning while still warm.

  • 2. Let the rice cool slightly to room temperature.

  • 3. Place the seasoned rice in a bowl.

  • 4. Slice or arrange the raw fish on top.
