Spicy Garlic Soy Marinated Chicken

A savory, spicy marinated chicken preparation with garlic, soy, and chili flavors. This is best cooked after marinating and served hot.

Ingredients
  • Chicken 800 g

  • Garlic 40 g

  • Chili oil 40 g

  • Soy sauce 50 g

  • Red chili flakes 5 g

  • Black pepper 3 g

  • Salt 7 g

  • Sugar 5 g


  • Instructions
  • 1. Finely mince the garlic.

  • 2. In a bowl, combine garlic, chili oil, soy sauce, red chili flakes, black pepper, salt, and sugar.

  • 3. Add the chicken and mix thoroughly until evenly coated.

  • 4. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  • 5. Cook the marinated chicken using your preferred method until fully done and no longer pink in the center.

  • 6. Serve hot.
