Roasted Potatoes and Carrots

  • Carrots: 120 g

  • Onion: 80 g

  • Vegetable oil: 15 g

  • Salt: 3 g

  • Black pepper: 2 g

    Instructions


  • 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  • 2. Peel and cut the potatoes and carrots into even bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion.
