A chocolate-coated high-protein snack bar with peanuts and almonds, sweetened with sucralose and bound with soluble corn fiber and glycerin. It resembles a commercial protein bar rather than a traditional home-cooked dish.

  • Milk protein, 14 g

  • Soy protein isolate, 8 g

  • Peanuts, 10 g

  • Almonds, 6 g

  • Chocolate coating, 8 g

  • Cocoa butter, 4 g

  • Soluble corn fiber, 6 g

  • Glycerin, 2 g

  • Palm oil, 1 g

  • Natural flavors, 0.8 g

  • Sunflower lecithin, 0.6 g

  • Salt, 0.3 g

  • Sucralose, 0.3 g


  • Instructions


  • 1. Combine the milk protein, soy protein isolate, soluble corn fiber, salt, and sucralose in a mixing bowl.

  • 2. Add glycerin, palm oil, and natural flavors, then mix until a thick, moldable dough forms.

  • 3. Fold in the peanuts and almonds evenly.

  • 4. Press the mixture into a bar shape and chill until firm.

  • 5. Melt the chocolate coating with the cocoa butter, then coat the bar evenly.

  • 6. Chill again until the coating sets.
