Garlic Butter Chicken Breast

A simple pan-seared chicken breast dish finished with garlic butter. It is juicy, savory, and lightly seasoned with salt and black pepper.

  • Chicken breast: 300 g

  • Butter: 25 g

  • Cooking oil: 10 g

  • Garlic: 15 g

  • Salt: 5 g

  • Black pepper: 5 g


  • Instructions


  • 1. Pat the chicken breast dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.

  • 2. Heat the cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  • 3. Add the chicken breast and cook until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.

  • 4. Lower the heat, add the butter and garlic, and spoon the melted butter over the chicken for 1 to 2 minutes.

  • 5. Remove from the pan and rest briefly before serving.
