  • Cooking oil: 10 g

  • Garlic: 15 g

  • Salt: 5 g

  • Black pepper: 5 g

  • 1. Pat the chicken breast dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.

  • 2. Heat the cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
