  • Method
  • 1. Prepare the hash brown potato into a hash brown and cook in vegetable oil until golden and crisp. Season lightly with salt.

  • 2. Scramble the eggs with butter and a pinch of salt until soft and just set.

  • 3. Warm the mini pancakes.

  • 4. Slice the banana, cucumber, and white cheese.
