Beef and Potato Patties

  • Potatoes 180 g

  • Beef 120 g

  • Onion 40 g

  • Breadcrumbs 25 g

  • Egg 25 g

  • Vegetable oil 20 g

  • Ketchup 15 g

  • Cherry tomato 20 g

  • Salt 3 g

  • Black pepper 2 g


  • Total: 430 g

    Instructions
  • 1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then drain and mash.

  • 2. Finely chop the onion and mix it with the beef, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper.

  • 3. Combine the beef mixture with the mashed potatoes and form into patties.

  • 4. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the patties until browned and cooked through.
