Tzatziki

  • Cucumber 35 g

  • Olive oil 15 g

  • Black olives 5 g

  • Garlic 2 g

  • Dill 2 g

  • Salt 1 g

    Instructions


  • 1. Grate or finely dice the cucumber, then squeeze out excess moisture.

  • 2. Finely mince the garlic and chop the dill and black olives.

  • 3. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  • 4. Stir until well mixed.

  • 5. Fold in the black olives.

  • 6. Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving.
