Butter Beans in Tomato Sauce with Cucumber Dill Yogurt

A hearty bean stew served with a cool yogurt-cucumber-dill topping. The cola is not a standard cooking ingredient here, so this most likely resembles a simple butter bean stew with a fresh yogurt side.

  • Cucumber 40 g

  • Dill 5 g

  • Cola 0 g

  • Salt 5 g

    Helpful tips
  • If the tomato sauce is very thick, add a splash of water while simmering.

  • Chill the yogurt topping before serving for a fresher contrast.

  • The cola is not needed for this dish and is best ignored unless it was intended as a drink.
