  • Potatoes, 180 g

  • Beef, 90 g

  • Breadcrumbs, 15 g

  • Egg, 15 g

  • Onion, 15 g

  • Tomato, 20 g

  • Ketchup, 10 g

  • Vegetable oil, 10 g

  • Salt, 3 g

  • Black pepper, 2 g


  • Instructions



  • 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into fries.

  • 2. Rinse and dry the fries well. Heat the vegetable oil and fry the potatoes until golden and crisp. Drain and season lightly with salt.

  • 3. Finely chop the onion and mix it with the beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper.
