  • Tomato sauce, 90 g

  • Greek yogurt, 80 g

  • Cucumber, 50 g

  • Olive oil, 20 g

  • Dill, 8 g

  • Garlic, 8 g

  • Salt, 8 g

  • Black pepper, 3 g

  • Paprika, 3 g


  • Instructions


  • 1. Mix the Greek yogurt, cucumber, dill, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a bowl to make the cucumber yogurt salad.

  • 2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  • 3. Add the shrimp and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until just cooked through.

  • 4. Stir in the tomato sauce, paprika, and a little salt and pepper. Simmer for 2 to 4 minutes.

  • 5. Serve the shrimp in tomato sauce with the cucumber dill yogurt on the side.
