Chicken and Potato Pita Wrap

A hearty chicken and potato wrap served in pita bread, seasoned with paprika, oregano, and garlic. It resembles a simple Mediterranean-style chicken pita sandwich.

Ingredients


Total weight: 520 g

  • Chicken breast 180 g

  • Potatoes 180 g

  • Pita bread 100 g

  • Vegetable oil 20 g

  • Olive oil 10 g

  • Salt 4 g

  • Black pepper 2 g

  • Paprika 8 g

  • Dried oregano 4 g

  • Garlic powder 12 g


  • Instructions


  • 1. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Toss with vegetable oil, half the salt, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper.

  • 2. Cook the potatoes in a skillet over medium heat until browned and tender, about 12 to 15 minutes.

  • 3. Season the chicken breast with the remaining salt, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper.

  • 4. Cook the chicken in olive oil over medium heat until fully cooked and lightly browned, about 5 to 7 minutes per side depending on thickness.

  • 5. Warm the pita bread briefly in a pan or oven.

  • 6. Slice the chicken and fill the pita with the chicken and potatoes. Serve warm.
