Salmon with Tomato Corn Salsa

A simple pan-seared salmon dish topped with a fresh tomato, corn, and pepper salsa. It is a light, colorful main course with a balanced savory and slightly sweet flavor.

  • Salmon 150 g

  • Tomato 35 g

  • Corn 25 g

  • Red bell pepper 15 g

  • Red onion 10 g

  • Parsley 5 g

  • Olive oil 12 g

  • Garlic 3 g

  • Salt 2 g

  • Black pepper 1 g

  • Paprika 2 g

    Instructions


  • 1. Finely dice the tomato, corn, red bell pepper, red onion, parsley, and garlic.

  • 2. Mix the diced vegetables with 5 g olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika to make the salsa.

  • 3. Season the salmon with the remaining salt, black pepper, and paprika.

  • 4. Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the salmon until browned and cooked through, about 3 to 4 minutes per side depending on thickness.
