  • Beef stock, 5 ml

  • Olive oil, 3 g

  • Garlic, 1 g

  • Chives, 1 g

  • Parsley, 1 g

  • Red pepper flakes, 0.5 g

  • Black pepper, 0.5 g

  • Salt, 0.5 g

    Instructions


  • 1. Season the steak with salt and black pepper.

  • 2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the steak until cooked to your preferred doneness. Rest briefly, then slice.

  • 3. Warm the mashed potatoes with butter, heavy cream, and milk until smooth and creamy.

  • 4. In the same pan, add garlic, beef stock, and red wine sauce. Simmer briefly to combine.

  • 5. Plate the mashed potatoes, arrange the sliced steak on top or beside them, and spoon the sauce over the steak.
